Chef Jiho Kim, the mastermind behind DDOBAR, was also formerly the Executive Pastry Chef of two Michelin starred The Modern. He is now applying that experience and knowledge with his own twist at JM Bakery. The unique menu is a combination of seasonally rotating baked goods, desserts, savory sandwiches, and deliciously unique beverages.
